Pascal Desroches

Pascal is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WarmerMedia Inc, (“WarnerMedia”).  WarnerMedia is comprised of HBO, Turner and Warner Bros. Together, these business units are leaders in the industry in creating premium content, operate one of the world’s largest TV and film studios and own a vast library of entertainment content. WarnerMedia is one of four distinct business units operating under AT&T Inc.  Pascal is responsible for all of WarnerMedia’s financial operations, global real estate and technology.

Prior to joining Time Warner, Pascal was a partner in KPMG LLP’s Department of Professional Practice – Assurance & Advisory Services in New York.  Prior to being admitted into KPMG LLP’s partnership, Pascal was a professional accounting fellow with the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  Pascal is an honors graduate of St. John’s University where he received a BS in accounting.  He received an MBA, with a concentration in corporate finance and management of organization, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Pascal is on the Board of Directors of Davita Inc. (DVA) where he also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Prep for Prep, St. John’s University’s and Sundance Institute.
