Betty Dubuisson

Betty Dubuisson is an experienced real estate professional with over 25 years in strategy, analytics, and relationship management at Fortune 100 companies. She currently leads employee engagement initiatives at MetLife Inc., a global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefits programs. Betty has been recognized for her innovative workplace solutions and was the recipient of the distinguished MetLife “Purpose Award” in 2023.

Prior to joining MetLife, Betty held leadership roles at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Soros Fund Management, managing significant real estate projects and transformations.

She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and is also a certified Executive Coach, from Columbia University.  Additionally, she serves on the boards of The Haitian Round Table and the Friends of the Children of Lascahobas Haiti.

An avid art collector, Betty enjoys exploring different cultures through her travels. Betty holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a BA in Marketing-Management from Baruch College.
