Betty Dubuisson is recognized as a chief force linking strategies to execution with subject matter expertise in design and construction, project management, and locational strategies driving business decisions.

With over 20 years of working for premier financial institutions (Goldman Sachs, Soros Fund Management and Citibank) along with MetLife, much of her career has centered on real estate strategies, giving her the opportunities to impact all business areas.

As a Real Estate Director, she touched all service lines, Facilities Management, Transaction and Construction Management. She has shaped strategies that enabled the firm’s transition to a new business model.

She has built a service delivery model while introducing a set of processes to drive operational streamlining. Through this extensive reach, she has become the go-to resource for business planning and problem-solving.

Over the past 20 years, she has worked side-by-side with internal business partners to identify needs and create solutions for growth. When strategic change needed to happen, she provides the roadmaps and relationships that set the foundation for peak performance. Her efforts serves as the engine behind new business models, organizational structures, and processes that equip firms for staying in step in market
forces.

Betty received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and her Masters of Architecture degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation.

Her professional affiliations have included CoreNet and ULI (Urban Land Institute.
