Nadeige Sterlin

Nadeige is a seasoned General Sales management professional & Entrepreneur, with proven success in developing small to large scale teams, of over 100 employees at a time, while executing strategic and change management action plans to move business agendas forward.  She is currently a Sales Director at PepsiCo HQ, managing several brand partnerships which amount to over $200MM in revenue.  Nadeige’s extensive corporate career spans over 12 years across Sales, Marketing & Strategy roles, within both the Pepsi beverage and Frito Lay snack divisions.

During this time, PepsiCo enabled Nadeige to seed and unlock her passions for giving  back & paying it forward—she led various leadership roles within several  diverse Employee Resource Groups across the company, such as MOSAIC and Women of Color, by establishing mentorship programs,  spearheading diversity-focused campus recruitment, participating in executive panel discussions, and co-organizing impactful community events such as, PepsiCo Feeding America with the NYC Food Banks & Bowl-4-Kids partnership events with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

From an entrepreneurial standpoint, Nadeige is co-Owner of two bakery businesses, along with her Mother and younger Sister:  La Paix Bakery in Miramar, FL and Panaderia La Paix in Port-au-Prince (La Plaine), Haiti.  She’s very proud of her family for collaborating to forge these two bakeries, which allows for them to give back job opportunities to the communities they “live in” and care about—while making delicious baked items that Haiti and the Caribbean islands are well-known for.

Nadeige graduated from Florida State University, double majoring in Marketing & Finance, with a minor in Communications.  She is an active member of the International Professional Business Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, and was the former President for the Gamma Lambda chapter, at FSU.  As an avid traveler, Nadeige enjoys experiencing different cultures, dancing and engaging in a wide array of personal development activities.  Nadeige was born and raised in Miami, FL and currently reside in White Plains, NY.
