Alain Leroy

Alain brings over 17 years of health care, technology and management consulting experience to his current role at International Capital & Management Company (ICMC). Alain works with client executive teams to identify high impact opportunities for growth and organizational effectiveness and coordinate the delivery of cross-functional, integrated solutions addressing these challenges.

Prior to joining ICMC, he served in leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, WellPoint and IBM focusing on driving growth, business development and innovation. Specialized in strategic planning for large-scale business transformations, Alain has worked at senior executive levels directing business and IT improvements, facilitating cross-functional communications and influencing change in highly complex environments.

Alain is certified in program management, process improvement and agile methods. He earned his MBA in Corporate Strategy and International Business from The Ross School of Business at University of Michigan and received his Bachelors in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Alain relocated to the US Virgin Islands from Brooklyn, New York.

As social entrepreneur, Alain founded his first enterprise in 2005, which under his vision and leadership as President received the Key to the City of Miami Beach in 2006 for a multicultural marketing initiative targeting the Caribbean-American community. Alain has since continued to pursue trailblazing multi-cultural ventures with a social impact.
