Daphne Leroy is an accomplished marketing and communications strategist with over 20 years of experience in the media industry. She has held management positions at top media & entertainment companies, including MTV, Viacom, Time Inc. and the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). Daphne launched her career at FOX Broadcasting in network sales and distribution.

Currently, Daphne is Vice President of Marketing at The Paley Center for Media. With locations in New York and Los Angeles, the Paley Center leads the discussion about the cultural, creative, and social significance of television, radio and digital platforms for the professional community and media-interested public. In 2011, Daphne harnessed her experience, passion and vision as founder of the DML Media Group LLC, a boutique consultancy that specializes in personalized marketing, communications and public relations services across multi-media platforms.

As a first-generation Haitian-American, Daphne’s professional background is rooted in social responsibility.  She is a founding Board Director of the Haitian Roundtable and active supporter of not-for-profit organizations in New York and Haiti that are dedicated to improving communities in need.  A  native New Yorker, Daphne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
