Better known as America’s Psychologist, Dr. Jeff Gardere is one of the most widely sought-after experts in the field of mental health. He is an Assistant Professor and Course Director of Behavioral Medicine, Public Health/Health Psychology and Cultural Competence, at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City.

Dr. Gardere has been providing therapy sessions to individuals, couples and families for over 30 years.  He is a principle and contributing author of five books. He has written countless articles and appears frequently on news programs.

Dr. Gardere has established himself in the “reality genre” by hosting VH1’s Dad Camp and appearing frequently on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Housewives of Atlanta, and this season on Love and Hop New York. He is the principle psychologist on several crime shows on the Reelz Channel and TV One.

Dr. Gardere is a devoted family man, raising his five children who range in age from one to 23 years old. Dr. Gardere’s favorite activities include attending religious services, exercising daily and volunteering to help those in need.
