Genevieve Michel-Bryan

Genevieve Michel-Bryan is the Vice President and Director of Broadcast at Black Enterprise. She is a long-time broadcast journalist and news producer who has produced programming for NBC News including: NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, Weekend Nightly News, The Today Show, and Weekend Today; ABC News and Good Morning America, CNN, and FOX Television.

In 1990, Genevieve launched GMB & Associates Inc., a production company that produced public service announcements (PSAs) for The Children’s Television Workshop and various Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, AT&T, Toyota, ABC/Disney, and Fox Television Network.

Her work has received consistent accolades including several Emmy nominations. She has been awarded the National Headliners Award for Best Newscast, the Gerald Loeb Award for Excellence in Business Journalism,  NABJ “Salute to Excellence Award;” she is a multi-year winner of the Communication Excellence for Black Audiences Award (CEBA), and was named 2010 Corporate Executive of the Year by the National Black MBA Metro New York Chapter.
