Haitian-born humanitarian, speaker, facilitator and entrepreneur Marie-Yolaine Eusebe is no stranger to the non-profit world.  After the devastating earthquake in Haïti on January 12, 2010, Marie-Yolaine was compelled to take action.  In May of that year, she resigned from her position at American Express to launch Community2Community (C2C), www.community2community.info, a non-profit service organization dedicated to creating self-sufficient communities by working with the community.  Focusing on the areas of Business Development, Education, Health and Infra-structure Rebuilding, C2C launched the Haïti Restoration and Transformation Pilot Project in April 2011, in Petit Goâve, a small coastal town 42 miles outside of Port-au-Prince with the goal of replicating it throughout the country and offering Haitians across the Diaspora and those with a heart for Haïti the opportunity to be a part of something greater then themselves.

During the 1990s, she served as an assistant director for the international Washington, DC-based Service and Development Agency (SADA), where she planned and implemented infant mortality site surveys in her hometown of Port-au-Prince, Haïti, and the surrounding countryside.

Marie, also a sought after motivational speaker, was selected to kick-off the 2011 Princeton TEDx event to speak on community and “Becoming a FireStarter” followed by a Haitian history performance piece at the Wall Street TEDx event sponsored by Landau Leadership.

Marie-Yolaine is a social entrepreneur who continues to dedicate her life and her numerous talents to serving others. She credits her joie de vivre to Luke 1:37, the people of Petit Goâve and the C2C Team.
