Michèle DUVIVIER PIERRE LOUISMichele Duvivier Pierre-Louis is the president of the Knowledge and Freedom Foundation (FOKAL), a non-governmental organization operating in Haiti. She is a former prime minister of Haiti, serving in the administration of President René Préval from September 2008 to November 2009. She is only the second woman to have held that position. She earned an M.A. in economics at Queens College (CUNY).
