Nadine Faustin-Parker is a three-time Olympian and enters her second season as the Head Women’s Track and Field coach with the Mountaineers at Mansfield University and prior to that served the last four years as the Director of Track and Field Operations/Administration and Assistant Coach at her alma mater for the men’s and women’s hurdles and multi-events at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Ms. Faustin-Parker, represented Haiti in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China in the 100-meter hurdles and also competed in 2000 in Sydney and 2004 Olympic Games in Athens where she was a semi-finalist, posting a personal best time of 12.74 in the 100-meter hurdles. In 2005, Nadine won the GOLD for Haiti in the Central American and Caribbean Games held in Nassau, Bahamas. The national record holder in four different events, Faustin-Parker is one of 6 newly appointed representatives on the Athletes Commission for the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) for the period of 2010-2013.
